How to Get to Illetes by Car
Step-by-step driving directions from Palma to Ses Illetes, with a photo of each turn. It also leads to the small car park shared by Cala Comtessa and Cala Xinxell.
Directions by car from Palma, with a photo of each turn. Steps 1 and 2 have no photo.
Step 1
From Palma, leave along the Passeig Marítim. At the motorway, take the right-hand lane that splits off and leads into Sant Agustí. The motorway continues on your left.
Step 2
Drive straight through Sant Agustí on the main road. Just after the village, at the last junction, the road splits: one branch curves down to the left, the other climbs to the right. Keep left and stay on the main road.
Step 3

After a right-hand bend you reach this traffic light. Take the left lane to enter Ses Illetes.
Step 4

Sign at the entrance to Ses Illetes.
Step 5

The road heads downhill: stay in the left lane.
Step 6

Keep going downhill and turn right.
Step 7

Continue on the right.
Step 8

You have reached the small car park shared by Cala Comtessa and Cala Xinxell. The car park is paid (blue line, with a parking meter). The road to Illetes is one-way for cars, so there is no shortcut. On foot, by bike or by scooter you may go the other way.
Step 9

Leave the car park and turn right. On your right you will see the Balneario Illetas sign. Do not stop in front: yellow markings and no stopping.
Step 10

This is the entrance. It looks like a private hotel, but this is how you drive in for Illetes. The car park is paid: cars €20 per day, motorbikes €10 per day (as shown on the sign; prices may change). It opens at 09:00.
