Why go here
What makes Cala Bendinat worth knowing
There is no sand: you enter the water from the rocks, by some stone steps and a metal ladder, and the water is a very clear turquoise blue. Bring shoes for the rocks. There are no facilities (no toilets, showers, lifeguard, beach bar, sunbeds or shade) and it is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. Access is public and parking nearby is easy. You can see a small islet from the shore. It is best in the morning, and very quiet in winter. There is no sign about dogs.
