eSIM Terms & Refund Policy
The terms that apply when you buy a prepaid eSIM data plan from Mallorca Hub.

These terms govern your purchase of prepaid eSIM data plans through mallorcahub.com. By completing a purchase you agree to them. Please read the refund policy carefully — eSIMs are digital products and, once delivered, are only refundable in limited circumstances.
1. What you are buying
Mallorca Hub sells prepaid eSIM data plans for use in Spain, Europe and other regions. The underlying mobile connectivity is provided by our supplier IDT / Zendit and their local carrier partners. Mallorca Hub is the seller of record for your purchase.
Each plan lists its data allowance, validity period and coverage before you buy. Some plans apply a fair-use policy that reduces speed after a data threshold — this is shown in the plan description.
2. Device compatibility
eSIMs require an eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked device. It is your responsibility to confirm your device is compatible before purchasing. We cannot refund a plan because your device does not support eSIM or is locked to another carrier.
3. Delivery
Your eSIM is delivered digitally, immediately after payment is confirmed. You receive a QR code and manual activation details by email and on your order page. No physical SIM is shipped.
If you do not receive your eSIM within a few minutes of a successful payment, check your spam folder and your order page link, then contact us.
4. Activation and validity
Install the eSIM by scanning the QR code in your device settings. Depending on the plan, the validity period starts either when the eSIM is installed or when it first connects to a network — as described on the plan. Once started, the validity period cannot be paused.
5. Coverage and performance
Coverage, network availability and data speeds depend on the local carriers and are outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any specific speed. Plans marked with a fair-use limit are throttled after the stated threshold.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
7. Refund policy
eSIMs are digital content supplied immediately. By purchasing and accepting delivery you request immediate supply and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal is lost once the eSIM (QR code / activation details) has been delivered to you.
We will issue a full refund if: (a) you were charged more than once for the same order; (b) the eSIM was never delivered to you; or (c) the eSIM has not been installed and there is a verified technical fault on our or our supplier's side that prevents installation.
We cannot refund a plan once it has been installed or activated, once any data has been used, after the validity period has started or expired, or where the issue is caused by an incompatible or locked device, or by local network conditions.
To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order ID. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
8. Support
For help with activation, delivery or refunds, contact us via our contact page with your order ID. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an eSIM purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed connectivity while travelling.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Nothing in these terms affects your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
