Fresh push to restrict Mallorca property purchases by non-residents following the European Commission’s proposal
“They’ve flooded Europe with immigrants. What do you mean – that Europeans can’t buy property but immigrants can?”. The European Commission’s proposal focuses primarily on restricting the purchase of second homes, both by nationals and foreigners with Balearic residents within the restrictions
